Please be sure to double check your shipping address. We are not responsible for wrong addresses used during checkout. Please get in touch with us immediately if you notice a mistake. Unfortunately, once your item is shipped, we cannot reroute the package.

Items that are not made to order will ship as soon as possible. Please see the description of your purchased products for specific shipping options and estimated times.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
Returns will be accepted up to 7 business days after an order has been delivered. A product must be undamaged (unless product arrived damaged), unwashed and complete (nothing missing from the product) to be eligible for a refund (please see your specific product description to check if it is eligible for a return). The customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping fees. We recommend using your local USPS branch. For specific return/refund instructions, please see the individual item description or emails us for help.
Damaged Items:
If an item has arrived damaged in anyway, please reach out to us ASAP and we will work to exchange or refund the item. (We may ask for a picture of the damage prior to return for our own records and self improvement)
